The AT91SAM7X256B-AU is one member of the AT91SAM7X256 family which is designed as the highly integrated Flash microcontroller that features 256 Kbyte high-speed Flash and 64 Kbyte SRAM, a large set of peripherals, including an 802.3 Ethernet MAC and a CAN controller. And it includes a reset controller capable of managing the power-on sequence of the microcontroller and the complete system.
